Animate Biosciences is revolutionizing regenerative medicine with a cutting-edge generative AI peptide design platform, AnimateIQ, powered by co-founder and Harvard Associate Professor Jessica Whited’s pioneering studies in super-regenerative organisms.

Our focus is on combating fibrotic diseases, which are responsible for nearly half of all deaths worldwide. Animate has achieved remarkable speed and efficiency, moving novel peptides from computer-based generative design to lab testing in under two weeks.

In multiple animal studies our lead peptides consistently and substantially improved skin healing, which is potentially applicable to a wide range of major skin disorders including scleroderma and keloids.

A recently conducted animal study on lung fibrosis was also very successful with our lead candidates outperforming Boehringer’s nintedanib, the current standard of care, in both safety and efficacy. And as our AI platform matures, we continue to see generational improvements in our peptides’ impact on key biological properties.
